Every days the same

Ok so my boyfriend of 9 years cheated on me a few months ago!! He didn’t tell me, I just knew that something was wrong!! He said it was just a fling!! Anyway I forgive him and took him back, ever since I’m paranoid and can’t trust him whatsoever to the point when he’s at work I don’t believe he’s their, the last few weeks since I found out I’m pregnant he’s just been really nasty to me, saying before he goes to work ‘ don’t expect a phone call or text off me again today’ he dosent get back till 8 pm from 6am, could he be cheating again, he don’t communicate with me during day, he never wants sex, he don’t pay any bills in my house he don’t buy any food he don’t do nothing, I wanted a baby because I love him but that’s just maybe my insecurities aswell, how do I leave him for good all though it’s gonna kill me ?????????
