What age would you put a child into this and up to what age?

I don’t see why you couldn’t put them in as soon as born 🤷🏻‍♀️ we are planning on putting the crib in our bedroom for at least 6 months and then moving him to his nursery

As soon as they're born until they are old enough to stay in a toddler bed

I can't tell the size, but if it's a standard crib, my kids were in it until age 3. Unless baby is climbing out, cribs are fine. A newborn can sleep in a crib as well. Some prefer something smaller by the bed like a bassinet, but that's more for convenience, there's no safety concerns with baby being in a crib.

Newborn on highest setting until about a year on the lowest setting 
Then switch to a toddler bed
