Pregnancy Dream

So last Friday I went to see my Dr, he told me to pee in a cup then he did the vaginal check. He stopped and look at me and said " I don't know why your uterus as enlarge and the test is negative". Now I'm lost just as him because previous visit he told me my uterus was really small. Early morning while sleeping I dreampt that I took a pregnancy test with one of those amazon test and it was positive. Mine you I never went to bed with it on my mind, and its the first time I've ever dreampt of it. Does anyone ever experience that r understand what I just said? I would be grateful if someone could reply to me. Sorry if this is too long 😊
