please help advice needed!!

hi ladies, I am currently 8 weeks 3 days pregnant. .. I am loosing an extreame amount of hair I am reduced to tears over it daily its fine anyway but now so thin!! snapped and horrible condition I have a wedding in 3 weeks time! will I be bald??? will this stop soon?? can anyone whos been through this please advice me on anything I can take / do to stop this???? im broken over it x
