Hey guys,
I’m currently 10 weeks and 2 days and my pants are starting to get a little uncomfortable. When did you start wearing maternity clothes and what stores would you recommend I get clothes from? This is my first baby so I need recommendations :) thanks!

Where them when you want to and when you feel comfortable wearing them, I get a lot of my stuff off amazon, and try and score all my jeans from a good Will.... 9/10 times good will, will still have nice jeans because they are not worn a lot.

I bought and started wearing my first maternity jeans at 10 weeks. I wasn’t really showing yet, but I was bloated and I was so nauseous and having anything putting any kind of pressure on my waistline made me sick (the hair tie on the button thing never once worked for me). I don’t know why people try to put it off, really, I just wanted to be comfy and functional as much as possible while I was dealing with morning sickness for weeks. You’re growing a person in there, you deserve to be as comfortable as you can be!

I bought mine around that time. I went to a local second hand store for some jeans then I ordered some leggings off amazon. I also found some dress pants and Capri leggings on sale at Kohl's! Love them all.

I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow and the last week or 2 my pants have been snug so I use a hair tie to secure the button on my jeans and wear longer tops to cover everything😂

However, I’d start by finding some at a thrift store or Ross. I didn’t think I’d like over-the-belly pants so I bought some with side panels at like 13 weeks and ended up hating them— even now at 35 weeks they don’t fit me because I didn’t gain weight in my hips like I expected to. And the over-the-belly pants are the only things that are comfortable. 
So my advice is wait until your belly has truly popped before you buy a whole wardrobe, and just buy cheap or secondhand until then!

I think I bought my first pair of shorts and pants at 17 weeks. I went to Motherhood. I suggest Target if you live near one!! I loved the shorts and clothes I got from target and they were half the price of motherhood.
