Babies eye acting up?

My daughters 3 months and never had any problem until today. Her one eye is supper watery, and a bit red around the outside (not really the actual eye) while the other eye is completely fine. Is this something I should be overly concerned of? Should I take her to the hospital? Her doctors office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday so that’s not an option here. Thanks in advance

You can see it’s a bit swollen but the picture doesn’t show that it’s watering because I had just cleaned it
