I am so sorry for your loss if that is a miscarriage, but that looks like a clot to me.
To all of you insensitive women saying put a tmi filter on, maybe just scroll past. This woman may have had a miscarriage and all you have to say is "put a tmi filter on it". It isnt the end of the world and wont kill you to be polite.

Were you confirmed pregnant? That could very well be just a nig clot too

Not necessarily, unless you were pregnant. But if clots this size are unusual for you and you keep getting them, then talk with your doctor.

Have you taken a test? If it’s a miscarriage the test will still be positive. That looks like regular period clotting to me but everyone is different.
