Norco while pregnant?

Just wondering if anyone is familiar with taking this medicine while pregnant? I have fibromyalgia & was prescribed this a few years ago. I only used to take it when migraines became unbearable and didn't take it at all throughout my first pregnancy. With the weather changing, I've been flared up for two days now and ran out of Tylenol this morning so I'm trying to figure out if maybe I cut the dose in half if it would be ok to take for pain? I'm currently 13 weeks pregnant & really against taking anything but this flare is becoming increasing unbearable
