Can’t make my mind up..

We have a 3 br house and a 2 yr old with another on the way. We currently use the smaller bedroom as my sons room for his bed, clothes, & books & the big back bedroom for his playroom which is literally packed full of toys. Now that we have another coming, idk if I wanna put his/her bed & clothes in the little room with my son so they can continue having a playroom or if I wanna put my sons toys back in his room and make the bigger bedroom the baby’s room. I just feel like it would be smarter to have a playroom until they’re older?
