Baby #2

Hey everyone

sorry if I sound super paranoid but I’m just worried.

I’m 12 weeks officially today 😸😸😸 I woke up this morning with pain all in my lower abdomen that comes and goes, I’m not sure if it’s just my uterus expanding, or if it’s trapped gas from my uterus expanding, or if something is wrong. I’m not bleeding but I don’t know if that would come immediately or not.

Is this common? Am I okay?

P.S just wanted to add this is also my second baby
