anyone had period cramps and still end up with Bfp

im currenly 8 or 9 days dpo and experiencing what feel like period cramps but praying im worng. They say 5 that period cramps are different then implantation cramps if so how. Has anyone had cramps they throught were 100 precent period cramps and turned out to get bfp.
