Do I tell him??

I’m in high school right now. Like a year ago I liked this guy and I told him. Ten the next day I didn’t like him anymore.

Fast forward to now, I have a really big crush on this guy. He might like me back. He is so nice to me. No one really is. He also moves seats in class so he can be sitting next to me or across from me. I don’t have his number or anything. We don’t talk much because I’m laconic. I kinda want to become mute. But I just catch him staring all the time.

I want to tell him I like him but last time I did that, it didn’t go well. And I don’t know if the feeling is mutual and he is just scared to say anything.

In class one day, he sat next to me. We were discussing a book as a class, and he mumbles how he is just like the character cuz he is gunna be single for forever. I’m just confused a little I guess. I don’t really know how to act on this.
