New mom gift basket?

Two of my friends just had babies these past few days, and I will be visiting them this upcoming week to meet their new little bundles!! Instead of showering them with just gifts for their babies, I was wanting to put together little gift baskets for just mommy, and since I’ve never had children, I’m at a loss at what to include! So can any mommas give me some ideas??!?

My best friend did this for me when I had my first. It was such a welcome gift since everything I had gotten was for baby and not specifically me. She put spa related stuff in. Even though I couldn't take a bath for a few weeks, when I was able to, it was amazing having the gift basket. There was a candle, some lotion, an eye mask, bubble bath and she added some chocolates and sparkling juice. I couldn't have wine cause I was pumping but I knew that's what she really wanted to add 😂

Answer

Bottle of wine, chocolate/ favorite snack, coffee, face masks, foot spa stuff, essential oils, gift card for favorite delivery food- or anything that has to do with easy dinner.
Honestly it depends on what your friends like- I’m sure they will love anything you bring them :)
