What’s making me feel sick? Prenatal vitamins or morning sickness?

Hi I’m a FTM and I’m not really sure the difference between morning sickness or nausea from prenatal vitamins. I’m taking the vitamins with food so I’m not sure if that’s it. I just feel really queasy and tired.
I’m not puking though 😕 below are the prenatals im taking. Thanks

My prenatal stinks (well everything stinks since falling pregnant) and the thought of taking it 🤢. I take it with cordial to make it go down.

Also, just in case, eat something before you take your prenatal! Even if it’s a cutie orange like super small! Taking with an empty stomach can def make you feel a lil ick

My doctor prescribed Zofran, but it wasn’t working too good. After trying a couple of home remedies which didn’t work, I ordered a pack of No to morning sickness tea. This was the only thing that has stopped my nausea and vomiting. Every time I feel it coming on, I drink a cup of this tea.

My prenatals made me nauseous so I take them at bedtime instead and no issues for the last 4 pregnancies! 🙌🏼

I took those prenatals prior to getting pregnant as they made me really sick. It’s possible that they are making you sick. You can always switch to a different kind and see if it lessens your symptoms or not.

Prenatals or any multi for that matter make me nauseous food or no food. So I take mine before bed and it’s the only way I can avoid nausea!! I have had no morning sickness or nausea since switching.

I take the same ones, and I actually feel more nauseous if i don't take them. I've tried several other brands and they all made me sick. You can try taking them before bed and see if there's a change in nausea. Definitely continue taking them with food.
