Donor milk question?

I started breastfeeding my little. I was only able to do it for about 4 weeks because she was hospitilazed from 10days old to 6 weeks. She gets out of the hospital tomorrow actually. One of my friends has a son who just turned 1, and she pumped for him. She has a bunch of leftover milk left and he’s just not interested in it. She asked me I would want the milk for my baby. 
Is it safe to do this? I mean I’ve used donor milk from the hospital..So I would assume it it.

Donor milk is usually pasteurized so it’s “safer”. But I would use milk from a friend no question.

Doner milk from the hospital is tested and pasteurized so it’s safe. I personally wouldn’t take milk from a friend just because it’s not tested. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t just feed my baby anything.

It’s safe as long as you can 100% guarantee she doesn’t have any communicable diseases or wasn’t on medications or supplements while she was pumping 
I’m a milk bank donor and they don’t even let us store/donate milk for 3 days after taking a Benadryl or Advil just because it’s not worth compromising the care for the little babies in the NICU.

I probably would consider it. Ask her if she took any medications.
