What do i do? (UTIs)

I’m really worried and anxious cause i think I’ve got a UTI. I had sex for the very first time on Wednesday (with a condom) and I completely forgot to pee after which was so stupid and the last couple of days i’ve had burning when i pee as well as an increased need to. I can’t tell my parents cause my mums a doctor so she’ll know immediately what’s going on as my boyfriend came down and this is obviously a very new health issue...i can potentially get to the doctors on monday but is there anything i can do until then to help? I’m so scared and worried and i don’t want it to get worse, please help
