Daycare issues!!

I’m asking for a friend. She has a four month old baby boy, she doesn’t make enough to pay a daycare fee but has to work in order to provide. Does anybody have any ideas of a cheap but good and reliable way for someone to care for him while she is working? We looked into daycares and care.com but they all cost the same or more than what she makes. Like I said, she has to work but is unsure of what to do for childcare that doesn’t cost an arm or a leg. We don’t have any family close by or friends who can commit to watching him. Any ideas or advice?
