Anyone else?

I am 37 weeks and 2 days. I haven’t had a single Braxton Hicks nor labor contraction. Just a crampy belly and lightning pains. Does this indicate that I will more than likely go a while past my due date? I am a first time mom. did any of you experience this and still go into labor around or before your due date?

My friend was a little over 38 weeks and she wasn’t having any contractions at all! I’ve been having them it feels like for weeks so she was getting worried but she all of a sudden got them and within 13 hours of getting them she had her baby girl!! ❤️

I’m 37+4 weeks and at 36 weeks I was already dilated to a 2 and 70% effaced and have had no contraction or BH. I don’t know my progression because I won’t be checked again until 38+2 but just because you’re not having symptoms doesn’t mean you’ll go past your due date!

My first I didn’t have any contractions or Braxton Hicks. My water broke 2 days before my due date. Had my son the next day thanks to some meds.  This time around I haven’t been having what I would consider Braxton Hicks but I do have a lot more pains than I did first time around.

With my first I didn’t feel any BH until 37+1 and baby came at 39+5. It’s possible to not even be aware you’re having BH, they’re not super noticeable for everyone.

I’m exactly 37+2 also, haven’t had any BH or contractions. Just mild cramps.

36 at the moment and either I had them and didnt notice or nothing at all🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
