[PICS - toilet, urine, “blood clot?”] I didn’t have a miscarriage right?

I just started birth control about 6 weeks ago but i was having unprotected sex with my partner previous to that. He didn’t finish in me and I’m aware of the dangers of precum.

Since it’s my first time using birth control I’m not sure what is normal and what isn’t. A couple of days ago I found brown cream like discharge on my pad. I haven’t really seen this before. And today pulled out my tampon and on the tip of it it looked like there was a fleshy piece stuck to the tip of it. The fleshy piece was maybe the size of a pinky and there was what i thought was a blood clot in the toilet and it looked pretty big and less gooey than usual. Unfortunately i didn’t think to take a picture of the one on the tampon

My question is did I have a miscarriage? Are these symptoms of a miscarriage?
