What would you do?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma and not sure how to respond. My best friend has 3 children and is married. I heard a rumour quite a while ago that her husband did cocaine and she didn't know. I didn't mention it but obviously I don't approve. Anyway my friend told me about his use a few weeks ago. She told me he had done it in the past but after his daughter seeing him high one night he agreed not to do it anymore, she said she'd be furious if he did it again. As far as she knows he's stopped. I've since been told, by several people that he is still into it. Apparently he spends a couple of hundred pound every weekend. I'm so disappointed in him he has a beautiful wife a daughter and two sons, I can't figure out why he would do it. Anyway should I tell my friend?
