7 weeks postpartum Period 😭

About to be 7 weeks pp and I just got my first pp period yesterday... while I was wearing white pants 😭😭 I’ve never had a heavy period but this time... it’s so bad. I have to change my pad almost every 2 hours because it’s so full. Is it normal to have a rly heavy period after delivering? I’m not use to this so does anyone have any tips or product recommendations because I feel like I can’t even stand up without having to change cos I keep bleeding thru
