Pain in breasts?

Hey ladies, this is something I just started noticing within the past couple months I’d say. (Never had a problem w/ it before) . BUT I randomly been getting sharp pains inside my boobs? At first it was the left one and it’s almost like a random spurge of sharp pain? And now it’s the right one.. the pain is almost right in the center as if the pain is under the aerola area... what can this be? I am currently on my period. But never really noticed sharp pains on my AF before.. only tenderness and or heaviness
