37 weeks pregnant & bumps all on my back

So idk if these are some bug bites because i was cleaning & after i ended up getting these ? I started itching & looked in the mirror & seen these . I’ve had hives before in 2013 i wasn’t pregnant and they were different they were all over me not just on my back they formed everywhere. I’m pretty worried i have a doctors appointment Tuesday or should i go to the er tomorrow? I don’t want to look stupid if they’re just bugs bites if they were hives tho wouldn’t they form everywhere ?
