Help Me! Irregular periods

So I’m 17 y.o. About two and a half months ago I had a kidney stone. After I got out of the hospital I got my period and it “ended” after ten days, but I was still spotting every day for a month. I called my ob/gyn to see if I could make an appointment but the nurse just told me to just track it. So then I got my next period… at least I think it was really light and only couple days. FINALLY I stopped bleeding, but now 20 days later and I’m on my period again (my cycles are usually 28 days). I just don’t know what’s going on with my body! Is it just the kidney stone that messed everything up? Could it be my IUD? I have had my IUD for two years without issue though so I don’t know. I would really appreciate any advice people could give me!
