So.. yesterday when I was in class my whole lower back hurts like MF 🤬😔 and then I started getting spotting then this morning the flow is starting to get heavy. I just realized that I’m getting my period after 1 YEAR! I had my D&C last year and yesterday it just turned out to be my 1 yr surgery anniversary lol. I didn’t had miscarriage or anything like that it was also because of my period I was just bleeding super heavy for a month. I dont know what to do right now all the pain that I felt last year is coming back 😭 I literally just want to cry. It hurts so bad my vagina and my whole back, there’s huge chunks of period coming out probably bout the size of pineapple tidbits 😅 Any suggestions to relieve cramps? Besides Midol etc.
