Any natural safe face masks?

I’m 17 weeks and 2 days with a baby girl! She is making my skin break out like crazy! Any natural safe face masks for acne I could try ? Or make at home?

It’s not a face mask it’s more of a moisturizer that can be used 3 times daily as a mask. I use the garnier skin active rose water moisturizer and it honestly has helped so much. My pregnancy has caused me more acne than I usually have and extremely dry skin.

It’s not a face mask but I used Belli Beauty face wash, spot treatment and moisturizer my entire pregnancy and it cleared up my acne within 2 days. Pregnancy safe
