Two positive opks

Confused. Im 7 dpo I had an positive opk sep 11 no lh surge sept 12,13,14,15, had another positive opk Sep 16 and today,my cm is creamy and light my cervix is closed idk what's going on i'm having lower belly pains headaches sore breast vomiting fatigue and hip pain and i'm feeling weird 😣😞 I hope I get my bfp this month cause I feel like I could be prego. Any one felt this way before their bfp????
