Testing today..

These past 2 weeks have been a roller coaster of feeling sick. It started with waking up & being constantly nauseous throughout the morning & day. I spotted for about 3 days & had some cramping deep into my uterus & almost felt like in my vagina but nothing serious so I didn’t think anything of it. I woke up this morning with really bad indigestion & gas. So I went to the bathroom but couldn’t get it to go away. Until I stood up & leaned over the toilet & began throwing up .... Maybe I just caught something or maybe this could be early symptoms? I’m so nervous to test
