Vitamin b6 & unisom?

Anyone ever tried this & it helped tremendously? I'm 4 weeks 4 days & started taking b6 today to let it get into my system to HOPEFULLY (PLEASE GOD) ease my horrrrrrifying morning sickness I've gotten with my first two pregnancies (1 miscarriage, 1 daughter born in 2017).

I started on diclegis (which is essentially the same thing in an extended release form) about a week ago. It seems to be taking the edge off a little bit but I still vomit about once a day and have good/bad days with the nausea. It has helped me sleep MUCH better as I have had terrible insomnia!

I'm doing the same trying to be proactive. So far I'm past three days of when HG hit last time.
