Hello, has anyone ever used exante diet before and if so have you noticed any changes? X

Caloric restriction is dangerous and unhealthy typically. It cannibalizes your muscles. You're nor losing weight healthily. Not even considering what you might be eating. I'd never advise it. 
Low carb and high healthy fat. That's the healthiest way to eat, and intermittent fasting is so healthy and good at training your body to be fat adaptive. Your body fats long enough to start utilizing your fat storages for energy. Then if you eat low carb in your window, you are filling your body with good shit that won't be stored as fat, and that is so healthy. 
If you want to lose weight, 👆this👆 is the BEST way to do it.
