Salami pepperoni?

Is it really bad for you when pregnant? I’m 12 almost 13 weeks and we’re having sub sandwiches for Easter is it okay if I have pepperoni and salami not other deli meats ?

Ive never eaten warmed up cold cuts, cause thats gross. I eat an italian sub once every two wks - no concerns.  Handling practices have changed and they dont carry listeria anymore.... you have more of a chance (still rare) from ice cream and spinach
