How do you help your babe if you have a hard let down? 
What do you wear for a bra? I have maternity bras, but they're a pain to use and I'm well endowed (32/DD, 34D) prior to nursing so a bralette is probably not a good idea lol

I have to use a haakaa on the left because it has a hard letdown if it’s full, I start her on the right, use the haakaa on left, then she’ll eat the left when she’s done on the right. 
Honestly I’m just wearing nursing tanks and no bra right now 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll wear a bra when I go back to work

I wear a 36 DD now with nursing and got a sleeping nursing bra from target that’s 10/10.

For bras I wear, Soma nursing bras. Not cheap but comfy, support/feel like a regular bra, and easy to unclip for nursing.

Sometimes I try to pump for a few minutes like 30 min before I know he will want to nurse so it's not so engorged and pressurized for him. That seems to help.

I cannot imagine not wearing nursing bra.  I am
About same size and have a bralette that i wear at home but def reg bra leaving the house.  My baby seems to do ok with strong letdown, i dont have issues with the other side but i do stop her and burp if it sounds like she is gulping a lot.  I would agree with others that you could express a but first or start with the side that is less full.  Another thing you could do is laid back nursing. Basically putting them on top of you (or side lying) so they control flow better, if they are beliw the breast gravity makes it harder for them.

Same, but both mine are overactive so now I’ve been trying to use my Haaka before he nurses and if I can’t do that, I’ll start him and when the letdown starts I’ll take him off, burp him, and catch the letdown into my Haaka at the same time then put him back on 👍🏻
