Do I or don’t I

Ok girls this maybe tmi and very embarrassing for me but here goes.... so I’m 12 weeks pregnant history of one healthy pregnancy to full term and one miscarriage prior to this pregnancy... Iv spotted twice very small amount this pregnancy.... I haven’t been warned against sex but when I had my scan everything seemed ok! I’m so scared to have sex ... Iv had sex 3 times in this 12 week period... I have orgasmed once via masterbating and I’m so sexually frustrated but don’t want to do anything risky!!!! Should I indudge in some self loving ... Iv had sex yesterday (gently) with hubby all seemed ok today no bleeding ... but I’m scared to orgasm so didn’t !!!! Two days after I did last time I spotted !!!??? Any advice girls
