Gardening while pregnant??

So I planted a few flowers in a couple planters and I didn’t think about whether that was ok to do while pregnant until it dawned on me afterwards🤷‍♀️ I didn’t wear gloves but washed my hands right after. Are there any restrictions handling potting soil you think? I’m a little unsure about it now🙈

Regular soil from your garden, provided no cats have been using it as a litter tray is generally low risk. Potting mix on the other hand should be handled with gloves and a mask should be worn

Gardening is fine, it’s just the cat or animal feces that could be in the garden from animals that can be bad ( toxoplasmosis is spread that way) . I just wear gloves.
