Pregnant

I am 5 weeks pregnant. My first pregnancy. I was spotting last night went to the hospital they done a full work up and only thing they found was a uti. Well the spotting stopped only done it once when i wiped. Well then this evening i was spotting again. I have not had any real bad cramping or nothing. They tried to do a ultrasound at the hospital but said it was to early to tell that there was something in my uterus but couldn't tell what it was. I'm just scared...
