So I want to start being more healthier.

I'm 5'3 and about 260 pounds. I'm making a goal to get down to 200 pounds. I know i still wont be the healthiest but i would be so much happier to back to that weight. So my question is what is advice people can give to me for loosing weight. I get lots of exercise at work cause I'm constantly moving around and lifting things and what not and I'm now pnly allowing myself to drink water.
