Could I become prengnat?

I've been on combined birthcontrol since November 2018. I finished the 21 active pills of my last pack but none of the sugar pills. (Docotor pulled me off cause of cramps) I should've been on day 4 of a new pack but havent started. When I should've been on day 2 of the new pack I had unprotected sex. Could I become pregnant? (Didnt start new pack cause I have yet to make an appointment with my gynecologist)
