I can't handle it

My friend got a gf and I just can't handle it we're moving to IA and sounded like he was going to wait, until the move but then seemingly out of the blue he got a gf and now after less than a month they've moved in together and he's still moving to IA but it's just not the same any more. Ugh I hate it. He hardly talks or hangs out with me anymore and I know thats normal with relationships but everything is moving too fast and I feel out of control. Probably doesn't help I have high functioning autism and I know that my reaction is my autism but idk how to control it. I want to talk to him about it but I know I'll just come across as a needy bitch. Sorry this os more of ac rant then anything
