Fertility questions

Okay December 14th 2018 I had the Nexplanon Bar removed from my arm. Since then I have not used any other contraceptive except a condom with my husband. When I had the Nexplanon Bar it stopped my period. I haven’t had a period in over a year and a half. After the bar was removed I had a little spotting in the beginning but haven’t since. We want to have a baby and stopped using condoms. My question is can I get pregnant without a period? If I can’t how can I get my period jump started again I guess? I need help.
