How often do you brush your teeth?

I've run into a few people who have different views on how much their teeth should be brushed. Wanted to see how common this is.

Because of depression (and I know this is going to sound disgusting) maybe 1-2 times a month. I’m still trying to force myself to get up and brush because I’ve become more aware of how disgusting it is.

I went through a period where I didn’t take very good care of my teeth. Now after pregnancy I’m really paying for it in cavities. So now I make it a point to brush and floss twice a day. I use mouthwash at least once a day as well.
