Suggestion from a third trimester girl
I’m 35 weeks and wanted to pass on this tiny tid bit of a suggestion that I wish I would have known.
Get a yoga ball.... now....I just got a yoga ball (bought used, super cheap and like new!) and ladies....I don’t know why I waited so long. Starting on a ball earlier will help relieve so much back pain-for the first in a what feel like a century my spine is straight! Who knew it would bend back from its usual C?! It will help with proper posture, good baby positioning, pelvic pressure etc etc.
