poked my used needle :/

so I just wanna start this off by saying I am a CNA, I haven't exactly been taught how to use/handle insulin needles. so I work for a private home health company, last weekend I was there at the patients home, and as a cna I'm not allowed to give her the insulin shot so her husband gives her the shot, I just throw out what was used in the bins they have for those objects. I was capping the needle with the plastic top and somehow the needle poked through the cap, through my glove and pricked my finger. only bled under my skin. I'm hopefully going today to go get the testing done to make sure I didnt catch anything..has anyone been through something similar? I'm so scared, hopefully I have contacted anything she'd might have. 😪
