Snuggler issues

So my baby girl is a month old now. She stopped being wrapped into a snuggler almost 10 days in. She would always be fussy and cry profusely if her hands were tied down. So I stopped using a snuggler altogether. Now she sleeps fine but she moves around a lot when awake. Sometimes in some weird contorted ways that I find extremely worrisome. Is there going to be any issue with her backbone?? I’m really worried
