Starving every hour.....high metabolism?
So I’ve been exercising. I had an English muffin with almond butter at 5:30 this morning. A banana around 8:30 then a fiber one bar a little before 10:00 and here my stomach is again growling up a storm. I’ve drank 30 oz of water in between not to mention like 4 cups of coffee. It’s super annoying. Is it my metabolism because I’ve been exercising? I want to tone up so maybe I’m not eating enough.
