Baby #4

Just went to get X-rays had to take a pregnancy test beforehand in the office. It came out POSITIVE. Oh lord I don’t know what to do lol. First thing I think about is me having to get a bigger car since I already have 3 kids. My husband and I have been fighting today and I don’t know how to tell him. I need advice.
