How soon can you conceive after you had an early miscarriage?

I am wondering if you can get pregnant right away after an early miscarriage even before you have another period? My doctor confirmed last week that my hcg is at zero? So I am not sure if I am ovulating in between my miscarriage and my first available period?

I had a miscarriage in April at 7wks. Got pregnant in June had another early MC. Then, I didn't have a cycle after that. Waited 5 weeks and tested and I was pregnant. Didn't even know when it happened. I'm now 11wks 4 days. God bless you. When your body is ready and in Gods perfect time it will happen again. Hopefully soon.😊🙏🏼

I'd like to know this too. How early did you miscarry? I just miscarried at 5 wks 3 days. My doctor advised me to wait a few cycles before we try again, but I keep reading how others were told to go for it as soon as they were emotionally ready. I don't get it...

Sorry for your lost. It's best to use an opk while you trying again without your period. Your body is very fertile after an miscarriage.
