Can’t Believe It

I was crying when I read my pregnancy tests I took 4 they all came back positive displaying Pregnant... I told my Boyfriend he did not even say he was happy or excited or anything.... up until today he hasn’t brought up to say anything to anyone is that normal?? We always talk about kids we have names for them.... we had a family gathering and he kept insisting for me to take shots and have a drink I don’t know but it just makes me feel so lonely and like I did something wrong... even to the point where it makes me question whether those 4 pregnancy test were correct... I’m only 7 weeks is it ok if I go to the doctors??
