Pregnant or depressed

I'm 13 years old . And I'm not a virgin. The boy I had sex with didn't use protection with me. When he was about to nut I was on him and he lifted me up and he nutted above my butt. I dont know much about sex education because I used to skip health class . When we were done hes nut quickly slide down . Even since I've been feeling off my heart feels so heavy and I feel so sad. I feel as if I'm depressed and I've been eating alot recently.. I'm scared.. what if I'm depressed or pregnant.. I need help. I need advice...
