Cramping in early pregnancy

I’m only 4 weeks but I’ve been cramping sooo much lately. For a whole week before I got my BFP I thought AF was on her way. The cramps are NOT just little twinges here and there. They are not quite as bad as my “first day” period cramps (which are always the worst), but they’re pretty darn close!

Is this normal? Should I be worried? I know my uterus is expanding but should the cramping be this uncomfortable and happening every day?
