Torn..

So, my husband and I have 2 kiddos, an 18 month old and a 5 week old. We have been looking for and talked about buying a house for about a year now. We recently went and looked at one with the land my hubby wants, but the house needs $30k-&40k worth of work and they’re asking $140k.

I’m a teacher and would love to be able to stay home with my kids for a year like I did with my daughter. In order to do that, we have to find a home within our budget ($100k and under) with just my hubby working.

With all of that being said, if we decide to go ahead and try to get this house, I’ll need to continue working in August. However, I really had my heart set on staying home with my littles for a school year. 😥 I don’t know what to do.
